Don\u2019t lie to the client about how the training is going.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If you understand what motivates someone to behave in a certain way, then you can understand how to deal with that behavior (much like dog training).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Your job is to educate the client, not to shame them for what they don\u2019t know.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;This all does come down to, ultimately, having a better educated general population with animals.
